Guarantee and Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 60 days for replacement, exchange or refund. The item must be returned in the original packaging and unused. Returns should be sent to: Attention: 150 Merchandise, 84 Parkside Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14214

If an item has been damaged in transit or is defective, please email Beth@bfloparks.org and we will provide you instructions for the return.

Refunds

All refunds will be issued in the same method of the original transaction within 30 days. Please keep your receipt.

Sale Merchandise

All sale merchandise is considered “Final Sale”. No exchanges, refunds or replacements will be offered.

Phone Orders

Any item in the online shop may be ordered by phone also. Call 716-838-1249, ext. 20, to speak to our store staff. Orders can be placed Monday thru Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Sales Tax

Tax is added to any order shipped within New York State at the rate of 8.75% for non apparel items and 4.75% for apparel items under $110. Sales tax is not added to orders shipped outside New York State.

Shipping (Continental US)

Shipping charges are added to all orders automatically in the shopping cart. For shipping rates to AK HI, Puerto Rico, and International Destinations, or for expedited shipping, please email Beth@bfloparks.org for a price quote.
