General Proxy Ballot
The undersigned member of the Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy, Inc. hereby constitutes and appoints the Chairperson of the Board, as proxy with powers of substitution for and in the name of the undersigned, to appear, represent, and cast votes, using his or her best judgment on all matters which properly come before the Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy, Inc. Election of nominees shall be held at a Board of Trustees meeting on May 26, 2022.

The Board of Trustees, following the recommendation of the Governance Committee of the Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy, Inc., which also serves as a nominating committee pursuant to the By-Laws, offers for election the following nominees for a three (3) year term expiring May 2025:
First Term: Michael Ball, Diana Cihak, Jamie Hansberry, Phil Kadet, Victor Rice, Crystal Rodriguez-Dabney
Second Term: Bill Buscaglia, A. Norman Lewin
Third Term: None
The undersigned ratifies and confirms any and all acts that the proxy may do or cause to be done at the Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy Board of Trustees meeting to be held on May 26, 2022, or through any change, adjournment, or continuation, and may revoke any and all prior proxies previously executed.
