What is the objective of this reconstruction?
Make the area safer and more pedestrian friendly while returning green space to Delaware Park.
What is being done to meet the objectives?
- Remove existing parking between the rose garden and the Casino building
- Provide a new, smaller parking area that includes handicap parking
- Provide an accessible concrete pathway to the building that complies with standards of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
What are the daily hours for the construction to occur?
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
When is the construction scheduled to be completed?
It is scheduled to complete by June 1, 2017.
When is The Terrace at Delaware Park open for dining?
Tuesday – Sunday, 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
How do I enter The Terrace at Delaware Park during the construction period?
The primary entrance route is via the Rose Garden. Please note that handicap access is limited during the construction period. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
