BUFFALO, N.Y. — SOUTH PARK IN BUFFALO COULD SOON BECOME A BETTER PLACE TO SPEND THE DAY.
A third public meeting was held Tuesday night by the Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy, to discuss an arboretum restoration project for South Park.
Planners hope to make South Park more usable for the community.
“A consultant is looking at what we can do to actually improve the park for the public experience as far as benches and trails and access and amenities,” said Stephanie Crockatt, Buffalo Olmstead Parks Conservancy executive director.
They’ll present the results of the meetings to the board of directors to see if this is a project the parks will take on.
